	- Changes : Legislative Meeting is now boolean 0 or 1, Times of 12:37 are a special time and you will need to read the "Special Meeting Time" field to get the real meeting time, e.g. 10 minutes upon adjournment will show up as 12:37 and the "Special Meeting Time" will say 10 minutes upon adjournment
